I and my Hairy Half made an early small Christmas celebration eating the culurgiones (typical Sardinia pasta filled with potatoes, mint and pecorino cheese) we bought at the Artisan Fair dressed with oil and bottarga (pressed smoked fish eggs). They were awesome! * _ * From this weekend the big Christmas meals officially started!
