Primo giro di saldi/First sales shopping trip

Avete già fatto qualche acquisto ai saldi?
Il mio primo giro è andato anche troppo bene, considerando che avevo deciso di trattenermi per fare shopping in viaggio.

H&M come sempre è stato la mia perdizione. Ho comprato una mini spazzola argento da viaggio (utilissima! Ne avevo un'altra piccola di legno ma questa scioglie i nodi senza tirare i capelli) a 1€, Tre anelli a 1€ (di quello grosso nel pacchetto ce ne sono due uguali), il vestito ad ananas che avevo già adocchiato, a cui sto pensando di fare un oblò sulla schiena, a 7€ e un paio di scarpe argento perché sono molto sobria a 15€ (ma sono riuscita a farmele regalare da quella santa di mia madre).

Did you already go sales shopping?

My first trip went almost too well, considering that I decided to restrain myself to go shopping during my travels.

H&M was my perdition as always. I bought a mini silver travel brush (very useful! I had a little wooden one but this detangles the hair without pulling it) for 1€, three rings fot 1 € (in the package there was a third that is identical to the big one) , the pineapple dress I already eyed, on which I'm thinking of making a cutout on the back, for 7€ and a pair of silver shoes because I'm really sober for 15€ (but they were a present of my too kind mom).

Mi ispiravano altre tre cose che ho finito per non comprare: il vestito giallo perché cadeva malissimo, la maglietta con il cibo perché non ero convinta, soprattutto per 7€, e la maglietta con le ancore mio malgrado perché era proprio un po' troppo piccola.

There were other three things that I really liked but I ended up not buying: the yellow dress because it fit me badly, the t-shirt with the food because I was not so sure about it, especially for 7€, and the t-shirt with the anchors because saly it was a bit too small.

Da Camaieu ho comprato l'ombrello di cui avevo bisogno, nero con le stelline per 5€. Spero che tenga!

At Camaieu I bought the umbrella I needed, black with little stars for 5€. I hope it will last!

Da Accessorize non ho resistito a questi stupendi calzini con la volpe nonostante al 50% costassero ancora 2,75€. Anche da Tally Weijl c'erano delle calze carinissime più o meno agli stessi prezzi.

At Accessorize I could not resist to these beautiful foxy socks although at 50% they still costed  2.75€. At Tally Weijl there were really cute socks too, more or less at the same prices.

Per sostituire le mie scarpe da ginnastica bucate ne ho comprato un paio da LIDL a 10€. Hanno la suola un po'curva e sono piuttosto comode, spero che durino un po'.

To replace my worn out sneakers I bought a pair for sale at LIDL for 10€. They have a slightly curved sole and are quite comfortable, I hope that they will last some time.

Mia madre mi ha regalato un po'di campioncini di bagnodoccia e solari che le hanno dato da Bottega Verde, che dalla descrizione sembrano buonissimi, specie quello al cioccolato e quello al cocco. Vi farò sapere che ne penso.

My mother gave me some body wash and sunscreen samples she was given at Bottega Verde, which from the description seem very yummy, especially the chocolate and the coconut ones. I will let you know what I think.

Concludo con la foto di un vestito con una stampa stupenda visto in piazza Lima! Peccato che nel complesso il vestito non mi piaccia, ma è sempre un'ispirazione per nuovi timbri!

A caccia degli ultimi saldi/Hunting the last sales

Settimana scorsa, l'ultima disponibile prima di settembre e quindi della fine completa dei saldi, sono andata a caccia degli ultimi sconti. Visto che finora avevo preso in saldo solo una gonna perché le cose che mi piacevano non erano scontate, ne sono uscita con un bel bottino. E grazie agli ultimi sconti, anche a prezzi bassissimi!

Da amante dei conigli puntavo da un po'i fermacapelli con le "orecchie", però ormai mi ero rassegnata a fabbricarmi la mia versione perché quelli in commercio costavano troppo. E invece da Camaieu ne ho trovato uno molto carino a 95 centesimi!

Last week, the last available before the end of September and with it the complete end of the sales, I searched for the latest discounts. Since so far I bought on sale only a skirt because the things that I liked were discounted, I scored a nice booty. And thanks to the latest discounts, even at very low prices! 

As a lover of rabbits I was aiming for the hair scrunchies with "ears", but I as the ones in the shops were too expensive I tought I had to make them. But at Camaieu I found a very cute one for 95 cents! 

Da Terranova ho trovato un maglione leggero fluo a 6€ (mi ero ripromessa di non comprare più maglioni perché ne ho troppi, ma niente da fare, li adoro) e due magliettine bianche per disegnarci sopra a 3€ l'una (visto che non trovo quello che voglio me lo faccio da sola). Sono un po'strane perché hanno lo scollo tondo davanti e a v dietro, ma le trovo molto carine. Tutte e tre queste cose mi sono state regalate da mia madre che era in giro con me per saldi ^^

At Terranova I found a fluo light sweater for 6€ (I had promised myself not to buy more sweaters because I have too many, but there's nothing to do, I love them) and two white T-shirts to paint on for 3€ each (since I can't find what I want I'll make it myself). They're kinda weird because they have a round neckline in front and a v one on the back, but I find them cute. All three of these things were bought me by my mother who was shopping with me ^^ 

Ma il primo acquisto di questo secondo giro di saldi l'ho fatto appena tornata dal mare, nel Tally Weijl della Stazione Centrale, con ancora la valigia in mano. Quando si dice shopalcolismo...

Quest'estate Tally ha un sacco di cose che mi piacciono, ma o non sono in saldo, o non sono della mia taglia, quindi sono stata contentissima di mettere le mani su questi leggings con gli scheletri (e ritorna la mia ossessione per le danze macabre medievali...) a 4€.

But I already did sales shopping wen I just come back from the sea, I entered Central Station's Tally Weijl with the suitcase still in hand. When you say shopalcolic... 

This summer, Tally had a lot of things that I liked, but or they weren't on sale, or there wasn't my size, so I was very happy to get my hands on these leggings with skeletons (and my obsession for medieval dance macabre  returns...) for 4€.

Ho anche comprato l'ennesimo paio di scarpe, da Orleans Calzature in piazza Lima. Ce ne erano tantissime e bellissime a 10€. Io ho scelto queste sperando che tengano l'acqua: sono di vernice e hanno una bella suola spessa di plastica che è cucita alla tomaia. Speriamo bene perché ho rotto tutte le scarpe impermeabili e non voglio essere impreparata questo autunno.

I also bought yet another pair of shoes, at Orleans Footwear. There were many beautiful pairs for 10€. I chose these hoping they are waterproof: they are patent leather and have a nice thick rubber sole that is stitched to the upper èart. Let's hope so, because I broke all my waterproof shoes and I don't want to be unprepared for fall.

In giro per saldi/Sales tour

In questi giorni ho fatto qualche rapida incursione nei negozi alla ricerca di qualche pezzo interessante in saldo.

E ho comprato solo questo anello a polipo di H&M (1€).

Io, la reginetta dello shopping compulsivo (sebbene economico). Devo essere malata. Oppure sto guarendo.

I may be ill. In those days I did some quick raid into the stores looking for some interesting piece on sale.

And I just bought this  H&M octopus ring (1€). 

I, the queen of compulsive shopping (although cheap). I must be sick. Or healing.

In realtà ho comprato anche gli scarponi da sci da Sport Specialist, trovandone un ottimo paio con lo sconto del 50%. Però sono un regalo di mia nonna.

To tell the truth I also bought ski boots from Sports Specialist, finding a great pair with a 50% discount. However, they are a gift from my grandmother.

Il negozio che ho apprezzato di più nei vari giri è stato Tally Weijl. Mi sono piaciute molto le magliette e la sciarpa con i lupi, le gonne a ruota e gli accessori tappezzeria. Non fosse stato per taglie e prezzi avrei sicuramente preso qualcosa e non è detto che non ci torni.

Lì ho fatto un errore che in quanto professionista dello shopping (modestamente) non dovrei più fare: ho visto delle bellissime scarpe simil Dr.Martens coperte di tessuto tappezzeria e non le ho comprate subito perché erano un numero troppo grandi e volevo pensarci. Ovviamente per quando ci sono tornata erano sparite, in altri Tally Weijl non c'erano e su internet erano esaurite -.-'

La lezione è: se ti innamori di qualcosa durante i saldi compralo subito.

The shop that I liked the most in the various tours was Tally Weijl. I loved the wolves t-shirts and scar, the full skirts and upholstery accessories. If it wasn't for the sizes and prices I would have definitely bought something and maybe I will go there again.

There, I made ​​a mistake that as a professional shopper (modestly) I should not have done: I spotted beautiful Dr.Martens like shoes covered in upholstery fabric and I didn't bought them right away because they were a number too large so I wanted to think about it. Obviously, when I went back they were gone and I couldn't find them in other Tally Weijl stores, plus on the internet store they were sold out -.-'

The lesson is: if you fall in love with something during the sales buy it immediately.

Da Promod i prezzi erano ancora alti. Nella seconda foto mi vedete con un total look Promod. I pantaloni/leggings scamosciati davanti ed elasticizzati dietro erano molto carini e costavano solo 10€, ma mi stavano da cani (ovviamente ho postato la foto in cui sono venuta meglio ;D) e anche la giacca benché carina non era adatta alla forma del mio corpo (soprattutto per 20€).

Gli stivali erano favolosi e comodissimi, ma di scarpe ne ho tante, mentre i 30€ scarseggiano XD

At Promod's the prices were still high. In the second photo you see me with a Promod total look. The pants/leggings with a suede front and elasticated back were very nice and costed only 1 €, but they looked bad on me (of course I posted the photo where they looked better ;D) and the jacket, even though it was pretty, didn't fit my body shape well (especially for 20€). 

The boots were fabulous and comfortable, but I have a lot of shoes, while 30€ are scarce in my wallet XD

Invece l'unica cosa che mi ha trattenuto dal comprare questo cardigan ad uccellini di Camaieu (11-12€) è stata la mia lista di cose da non comprare assolutamente perché ne ho troppe in cui figurava un categorico "maglioni".

Instead the only thing that kept me from buying this bird print cardigan by Camaieu (11-12€) was my list of things absolutely not to buy because I have too many, were appeared a categorical "sweaters".

Come al solito sono rimasta affascinata dai calzini e simili di Oysho, ma visto che me ne hanno regalate due paia e che comunque costavano tantino ho lasciato perdere.

Spero di non avervi annoiato troppo con questo non-shopping ^^' Nonostante i saldi siano stati deludenti, ho comprato qualcosina al mercato che vi mostrerò in un post successivo.

As usual, I was fascinated by the socks and the like by Oysho, but since I have recieved two pairs and they were still expensive, I gave up.

I hope I have not bored you too much with this not-shopping ^^' Despite the sales being disappointing, I bought something at the market that I will show in a later post.

Shopping porn

L'altro giorno ho fatto un giro sui siti delle marche da cui compro di più per vedere le nuove collezioni. Ho raccolto qui le cose che mi piacciono di più (tranne quelle di Stradivarius che ha una collezione molto carina, ma dal cui sito non si possono prendere foto), ma in generale non sono molto soddisfatta da quel che ho visto. "Per fortuna" non posso permettermi praticamente niente e anche se potessi non dovrei.

Scendendo nello specifico sembra che anche da noi siano arrivati gli stivaletti con inserti di tessuto etnico e le stampe galattiche (che però costano uno sproposito e credo siano facili da farsi in casa). I vestiti asimmetrici della scorsa primavera-estate quest'anno sono affiancati (se non soppiantati) dalla versione gonna, che forse è anche più facile da usare. In più ho notato una tendenza emergente, quella dei teschi decorati, ma ne parlerò meglio più avanti.

The other day I surfed the websites of the brands from I buy more from to see their new collections. Here I collected what I like best (except stuff from Stradivarius, that has a really nice collection but has a site you can't link photos from), but in general I'm not very satisfied with what I saw. "Fortunately," I can not afford anything and even if I could I shouldn't.

Talking more specifically it seems that boots with ethnic print fabric inserts and galactic print arrived in Italy too (but galactic stuff costs a lot and I think it's easy to replicate at home). Asymmetrical clothes of the last spring/summer this year come side by side (if not supplanted) with the skirt version, which is perhaps even easier to coordinate. Plus I noticed the emerging trend of decorated skulls, but I'll talk about it again in another post.

Ho fatto altri giri di saldi, con mia madre e con le mie amiche. Mi sono moderata parecchio, in tutto per ora ho speso 20,50€. Però bisogna anche dire che mia madre è stata generosa e che non ho visto (a prezzi a me accessibili) cose veramente entusiasmanti (invece è fantastica la parte dedicata al Piccolo Principe della nuova collezione di Oysho). Vorrei comprare ancora un delle bombette rosa di H&M, se non le hanno vendute tutte, ma soprattutto vorrei fare un giro fra le bancarelle dell'usato per qualche progetto di cucito.

I went sales shopping again, with my mother and with my friends. I was really moderate, as for now I spent  20.50€. But I must admit that my mother was generous and that I haven't seen (at prices accessible to me) really exciting things (instead of the part dedicated to the Little Prince of Oysho's new collection is awesome). I would buy H&M's pink bowler, if they aren't all sold, but most of all I would like to browse used clothing stalls for my sewing project.

At H&M's my mother bought me for 1€ a coconut and lime lip gloss, coordinated with the perfume that I bought at the summer sales and the tights as I dreamed of for 3€ (I already know that I will destroy them in zero time, but oh well)

Visto che mi aveva rotto degli stivali, mi ha anche regalato queste meraviglie di Camaieu (in saldo a 15€). Sembrano proprio gli stivaletti di Yuki di Vampire Knights! E sono perfetti per steampunk, mori, natural kei...insomma, per un sacco di stili!

Da Accessorize ho finalmente trovato ad un prezzo accessibile la mitica/odiosa sciarpa fatta di pon pon che è sulla mia wishlist da qualcosa come 3 anni. Per forza, a prezzo pieno costa 34€!!! Invece io l'ho presa a 10€ perchè c'erano dei maxisaldi sulle cose invernali.

At Accessorize's I finally found at an affordable price the mythical/hateful pom-poms scarf which was on my wishlist from something like 3 years. Of course I never bought it until now, at full price it costs 34€! I bought it for 10 € because there were great winter knit sales.

 Da Tally Weijl ho preso questa cintura molto bucolica che avevo già addocchiato. L'ho pagata 5,50€, forse un po'tantino per essere in saldo, ma mi piaceva molto.
