Un polpo alla gola

Lui non è niente male, non me lo sarei mai aspettato dal suo autoritratto!/He's a hottie, I wouldn't espected it from his self portrait!

Venerdì scorso sono stata con la mia amica Bi alla presentazione del secondo libro di Zerocalcare, "Un polpo alla gola", alla fumetteria Alastor di Milano e mi sono comprata la versione con la copertina nerd che era reperibile solo in quest'occasione e a Lucca.

Ci siamo messe in lista per avere un suo disegno. C'era un sacco di gente e lui è molto carino e accurato, però questo vuol dire che abbiamo dovuto aspettare un sacco anche arrivando presto. Nel frattempo abbiamo preso una bibita gratis che era inclusa nell'acquisto e poi il gentilissimo GL, fidanzato della Bi, ci ha offerto la cena al Jubin, un ristorante cinese che mi piace tanto *W* Ho preso ramen con l'anatra e assaggiato tutto di tutti.

Dopo ore e ore di attesa lui in persona mi ha disegnato un dinosauro feroce sulla prima pagina!!! Ovviamente il tema l'ho scelto io.

Il libro in sé è divertente e interessante, ma ammetto di preferire le storie corte che pubblica sul blog. Invece ammetto con vergogna che non ho ancora letto il primo libro, "La profezia dell'armadillo", che ho intenzione di recuperare (o mettere nella lista regali di Natale) il prima possibile.

Last Friday I went with my friend Bi to the presentation of the second book of  Zerocalcare, "Un polpo alla gola" ("An octopus in the throat"), and I bought the version with the nerd cover that was available only on this occasion and in Lucca where the largest comicon of Italy it's held.

We have ourselves put on the list for a drawing. There was a lot of people and he is very nice and accurate, however this means that we had to wait a lot even if we arrived early. In the meantime, we got a free drink which was included in the purchase and then the really nice GL, boyfriend of Bi, offered us dinner at Jubin, a Chinese restaurant that I really like *W* I had duck ramen and tasted the dishes of the other two.

After hours and hours of waiting, him in person drew a fierce dinosaur on the front page of my book! Obviously I chose the theme.

The book itself is fun and interesting, but I admit that I prefer the short stories he publish on his blog. Instead I confess with shame that didn't read the first book, "The prophecy of the armadillo," I'm going to buy it (or put it on the list of Christmas gifts) as soon as possible.
