Scusate se settimana scorsa non ho risposto ai commenti: visto che non ero di turno, ne ho approfittato e sono stata al mare ospite di mia nonna.

Non ho molto da raccontare in proposito, ho fatto un sacco di bagni e mi sono rilassata. Non ho nemmeno mangiato tantissimo perché sto tentando di perdere i chili presi a inizio estate per poi abbuffarmi in Giappone senza sensi di colpa.

I don't have much to tell about it, I did a lot of baths and I relaxed. I didn't even ate a lot because I'm trying to lose the weight I put on in early summer to binge in Japan without feeling guilty.
