Attenzione ai dentifrici sbiancanti! La mia dentista dice che andrebbero usati con moderazione perchè in genere contengono bicarbonato, che alla lunga rovina lo smalto dei denti. Oltretutto per un effetto sbiancante si può mettere direttamente il bicarbonato sullo spazzolino. Non ha un buon sapore, ma funziona.
Beware of whitening toothpaste! My dentist says that they often contains bicarbonate, that, used for too long, ruins the teeth cover. So it's better to alternate it with other types of toothpaste.
For a whitening effect you can also use directly bicarbonate, putting it on the thootbrush. Not the better taste ever, but it works.
