Ormai siamo alla fine di gennaio. Gli alberi di Natale sono stati smontati, i saldi sono agli sgoccioli, nelle pasticcerie già si trovano le chiacchiere ed è ora di guardare alla primavera. Ok, in realtà per la primavera ci vorrà ancora un pochino, ma ci sono già state le sfilate primavera/estate e le nuove collezioni sono già nei negozi, quindi potrebbe essere utile sapere che tendenze ci aspettano prossimamente.
Come al solito ho ricavato questi dati da una serie di siti di moda, da riviste e soprattutto dall'osservazione delle nuove collezioni delle catene di abbigliamento low cost, che sono quelle che mostrano i capi che la gente metterà veramente.
Colori: purtroppo sembra che questa primavera sarà poco colorata. Andrà moltissimo l'accostamento di bianco e nero e i classici colori pastello primaverili saranno in versione molto chiara e fredda (pare andrà in particolare il celeste). Nei negozi ho visto tanto anche il classico blu scuro. I colori trendy un po' più accesi saranno arancione e rosa. Gli stilisti provano anche a rilanciare il metallizzato, ma credo che questa tendenza nella vita di tutti i giorni non andrà oltre stampe, scarpe e magari qualche borsa. Comunque entro l'estate prevedo più colore.
Stampe e materiali: per quanto riguarda le stampe, andranno molto quelle in bianco e nero. Il floreale tipico della primavera sarà presente anche quest'anno, ma i fiori più alla moda tenderanno a concentrarsi in punti strategici o a diventare giganteschi e come stile diventeranno realistici o simili ad un dipinto. Come era già successo, le stampe a quadri resteranno in voga, ma il tartan andato tanto di moda questo inverno cederà il posto al gingham (i quadretti da tovaglia, per intenderci).
La stampe etniche continueranno ad andare di moda, e con il bel tempo tornerà anche il tropicale che l'anno scorso ha spopolato.
La novità (più o meno) di quest'anno sono le stampe ispirate al mondo dell'arte.
Altre tendenze di stagione saranno trasparenze, frange e dettagli gioiello.
Stili e capi: abbiamo già visto questo inverno il ritorno delle gonne a ruota, che questa stagione si allungano per fermarsi appena sopra la caviglia, una lunghezza pericolosa che tende a intozzare. Ancora peggio, andranno di moda pantaloni larghi proprio di quella lunghezza, qualcosa che nemmeno le modelle riescono a portare senza tacchi e senza sembrare comunque più basse e larghe. I pantaloni larghi per fortuna saranno trendy anche lunghi, ma per ora nei negozi si trovano soprattutto i loro gemelli malvagi. Visto che vanno in materiali fluttuanti, probabilmente appariranno più in là nella stagione.
Se parliamo di lunghezze che donano a poche, non possiamo ignorare la tendenza dei crop top, che pare si espanderà ulteriormente.
Tornano di moda i capi ispirati al mondo dello sport (sigh!), come giacche da bowling, maglie con i numeri...la tendenza più particolare è quella delle felpe semplici (senza cerniera e con lo scollo tondo) rivisitate in chiave chic.
Un'altra tendenza ispirata forse al mondo dello sport e forse agli abiti maschili eleganti di una volta sono i pantaloni con una banda laterale.
Chi lavora in ufficio o ama vestirsi con formalità, ma senza stare scomoda, può puntare sulla shift blouse, una sorta di incrocio fra t-shirt e camicia, che ha la forma di una maglietta larga, ma materiali e decori lussuosi che la rendono formale. Torna il classico blazer, ma ancora di più le giacche destrutturate. Le camicie poi saranno capi super trendy di stagione, purché abbiano qualche particolare interessante, come il colletto a contrasto, o siano completamente destrutturate, per esempio trasformate in top o vestiti (vi conviene recuperare i miei post sul restyling di vecchie camicie XD). In più si porteranno abbottonate fino al collo (che scomodo!).
I siti di trendwatching per quanto riguarda le scarpe segnalano solo le stringate maschili, ma io affermo con una certa sicurezza (basta guardarsi in giro) l'ascesa della zeppa piatta su tutti i tipi di scarpe, da quelle da ginnastica, agli anfibi e perfino alle stringate maschili.
Accessori: il collo pare essere il punto su cui concentrare le decorazioni, con colletti gioiello o le collane importanti che hanno già iniziato la loro ascesa la scorsa stagione. Ho letto segnalazioni convincenti anche sui cappelli.

We are at the end of January. Christmas trees have been dismantled, sales are ending, people is already looking forward to carnival, so it's time to talk about spring. Ok, it will still take some time till spring, but the spring/summer fashion shows have already been held and the new collections are in the stores, so it might be useful to know what trends are waiting for us in the near future.
As usual I got these informations from a number of fashion sites, magazines and especially from the observation of the new collections of low cost clothing chains, which are the ones that show what people will really wear.
Colours: unfortunately it seems that this spring won't be so colorful. The combination of black and white will be hot and the classic spring pastel colors will be pale and cold (baby blue will be the trendiest of them). In the shops I saw the classic dark blue a lot too. The brightest colour trends will be orange and pink. The designers are also trying to revive metallics, but I believe that this trend in everyday will stay on prints, shoes and maybe some bag. However, by the summer I expect more color.
Prints and materials: regarding prints, black and white will be the trendiest. The typical spring floral will be present again this year, but the most fashionable flowers will tend to focus on strategic points or become gigantic and in style they will become realistic or similar to a painting. As already happened, square patterns will remain trendy, but the plaid ones that were so fashionable this winter will give way to gingham (the tablecloth checks).
The ethnic prints will continue to be trendy, and with the good weather will also return tropical ones, that last year were a hit.
The (more or less) new trend are the prints inspired by the art world.
Other trends of the season will be sheer, fringe and jewel details.
Hot styles and piece of clothing: this winter we saw the return of flared skirts, this season they'll grow to stop just above the ankle, a dangerous length which tends to make people look stocky. Even worse, large pants of that length will be trendy, and they're something that not even models can wear without heels and without, however, seeming more shorter and wider.
Luckily large pants will be trendy in full lenght too, but at the moment in the stores I only found their evil twins. Given that the hot ones are in floating fabrics, they're likely to appear further in the season.
If we talk about lengths which fit few people, we can not ignore the trend of crop top, which seems to expand further.
Season's fashion takes inspiration from sport clothing (yuck) , such as bowling jackets, shirts with numbers...the most interesting trend is that of chic remakes of simple sweatshirts (no zipper and the round neckline).
Another trend perhaps inspired by the world of sports and perhaps by elegant men's clothes are pants with a sideband.
Those who work in an office or like formal clothing without being uncomfortable, can try the shift blouse, a sort of cross between a t- shirt and a blouse, which has a large t-shirt shape, but luxurious materials and designs that make it formal. Classic blazer will be back, but unstructured jackets too. The shirts will be a super trendy item of the season, if they have some interesting detail, such as the a contrasting collar, or if they are completely unstructured, for example, transformed into a top or dress (you might want to recover my post about old shirts refashioning XD). The trendy way to wear them will be buttoned up to the neck (uncomfortable!).
As for the shoes, trendwatching sites indicate only men's lace up, but I forecast with some certainty (I just had to look around) the rise of flat wedge on all types of shoes, from sneakers, to combat boots and even men's lace up.
Accessories: the neck seems to be the point on which to focus the decorations, with jeweled collars or statement necklaces that have already started their ascent last season. I have read even convincing reports about hats.
