Qualche sabato fa, approfittando del tempo finalmente bello, io e la Pelosa Metà abbiamo deciso di fare un po' di trekking. Siamo arrivati in treno a Lierna, un paese piuttosto carino vicino a Lecco.
Some Saturdays ago, taking advantage of the finally nice weather, me and my Hairy Half decided to do some trekking. We arrived by train in Lierna, a rather nice village near Lecco.
Da Lierna parte un ramo del sentiero del viandante, un sentiero risalente all'epoca romana che percorre la costa orientale del lago di Como, molto frequentato dagli escursionisti per gli stupendi luoghi che attraversa.
From Lierna part a branch of the path of the traveler, a path of the Roman period that runs along the eastern coast of Lake Como, very often frequented by trekkers because of the beautiful places it passes trough.
Ho trovato l'inizio molto faticoso perché la pendenza era alta e le rocce erano rese scivolose dalle foglie ancora bagnate per le piogge dei giorni precedenti (sconsiglio caldamente quel tratto dopo una pioggia).
Dopodiché, come nostro solito, ci siamo persi. Abbiamo preso il sentiero che andava in basso invece di quello che andava in alto e quando ce ne siamo accorti era troppo tardi per affrontare tutto l'itinerario giusto prima che calasse il buio -.-
Così abbiamo girellato un po' per i sentieri più facili su cui ci siamo ritrovati, dopodiché siamo ritornati a Lierna.
I found the beginning very difficult, because the slope was high and the rocks were slippery from the leaves still wet because of the rains of the previous days (I strongly advise against that path after a rain).
Then, as usual, we got lost. We took the path that went down instead of the one that went up and when we realized it was too late to walk all the right itinerary before the sunset -.-
So we had a walk on the easier paths on which we found ourselves, after which we returned to Lierna.
Abbiamo mangiato nel primo pomeriggio, su una panchina sotto un bellissimo ulivo (che avrei saccheggiato volentieri se le olive non fossero state tutte bacate). Grazie agli avanzi di un paio di cenette avevo dei panini di lusso: salmone e maionese più formaggio di capra e insalata.
We ate in the early afternoon on a bench under a beautiful olive tree (which I would have gladly sacked if the olives weren't all buggy). Thanks to the remains of a couple of dinners I had luxurysandwiches salmon and mayonnaise plus goat cheese and salad.
Dopo pranzo, già che avevamo ancora qualche ora di luce, abbiamo deciso di seguire un cartello turistico per "spiaggia bianca". Ci siamo trovati davanti una minuscola spiaggetta sassosa. Così, invece di aspettare un'ora in paese abbiamo deciso di correre a prendere il treno per Lecco e visitarla un po' prima di tornare a Milano.
After lunch, we still had a few hours of light, so we decided to follow a tourist sign for "white beach". We found ourselves on a tiny rocky beach. So instead of waiting an hour in the village we decided to run to catch the train to Lecco and visit it a bit before returning to Milan.
Lecco ha panorami stupendi, ma a parte quelli non c'è tantissimo da vedere (e noi non avevamo tanto tempo per girare). Però ci siamo imbattuti nella prima festa del cioccolato della città!
Lecco has gorgeous views, but apart from that there is not much to see (and we did not have much time to wander around). But we came across the first Chocolate Festival of the city!
Dopo avere beccato una scolaresca numerosissima sul treno dell'andata, siamo stati molto fortunati con i treni del ritorno. Abbiamo trovato sempre posto e il secondo treno era bellissimo e pulitissimo.
Siamo scesi alla stazione di Porta Garibaldi a Milano, dove abbiamo trovato il sottopasso decorato da bellissimi murales (per saperne di più cliccate

After having a herd of a lot of students on the way there, we were very lucky with the trains back. We got to sit on both trains and the second was beautiful and clean.

Nella prima foto potete vedere come mi sono vestita per la gita (dettagli sotto), nella seconda il look di una ragazza di Lecco che mi è piaciuto molto.
Mi sa che non vi avevo ancora mostrato i leggings scozzesi che ho comprato! Ho una passione per questa fantasia e i leggings ancora mi mancavano. Li ho trovati in una bancarella in piazza Bande Nere a Milano per 5€.
In the first picture you can see what I wore for the trip (details below), in the second the look of a girl of Lecco which I liked a lot.
I guess I had not yet shown the plaid leggings that I bought! I have a passion for this pattern and I still missed leggings. I found them in a stall in the Bande Nere square in Milan for 5€.
