Svecchiare il vintage/Making vintage feel more modern

Sometimes in the shops and on flea market stalls can be found clothes that are beautiful but have a decidedly "old" cut. But often it takes little to make them more modern.
In this post, as I did with the daisies dressthe velvet one, and the floral jacket, I'll show you how I rejuvenate two pieces of clothing, a maxi t-shirt handed me down by my mother and a skirt bought at a thrift store in Japan. I only shortened the sleeves and expand the neckline of the T-shirt and shortened the skirt, but the result is remarkable. From clothes I never wore they became clothes I wear often.
If I go on not wearing it, I think I'll cut even my beautiful gingham vintage dress.
