Ehka Sopo

Thanks to Aviva of Solar Flight Voyage, I discovered a new very interesting Japanese brand, Ehka Sopo. In her opinion, it was born as a mori brand and evolved in order to stay relevant.
In fact, we find trendy prints and clothes (like the two pieces set), a lot of colour and an almost total absence of lace. Insteas the classic mori features lasting are animals prints, rather chastened and almost childish cuts and a vintage inspiration.
I was impressed by this brand because from some time I do not feel in tune with the classic mori anymore (although I still like it) and I am evolving in a very similar manner to that of this brand. They also have grandmother shorts, that lately I love so much!
The only downside are the prices, high by my standards (20€ for a hat, 20-35€ for a shirt, 35-40€ for skirt or pants, 50€ and more for a dress and so on), but it is enough to make me avoid adding it to the list of shops that I would like to visit when I'll go to Japan. Especially since, with a little patience and effort, similar clothes like can be found on second hand stalls and in some shops.
But I'll keep in mind their site as inspiration. They have a new items page (from which come the photo of this post), pictures of their staff wearing the season's collection and the catalog of the new collection (I found this one very cute).

It's funny, I bought a bunch of stuff from SM2/Ehka Sopo when I was in Tokyo, because it's the only clothes store I like in Japan. But I never took any pictures of my shopping because things were so busy, heh.

Wow, before or after I'd really like to see what you bought *_*

Yeah, I really should.make a post, since most of my clothes are from there... >_>;; However, I forgot to mention that they're constantly having 30% off sales at that store (there's one starting tomorrow, iirc, check the webshop!) so there's never any need to buy anything at full price if you have patience (I never have, lol) XP
