Pesce laccato dolce e piccante

I prepared hake with a couple of changes to a meat recipe found on the internet and as the result was good I'll share.
Fry finely chopped ginger and crumbled chilli. Add the fish. When it is cooked, pour an abundant splash of soy and after a moment, making sure that soy is still liquid, honey (do not overdo it, the important thing is that there is a thin layer on each side of the fish). The dish is ready when the sauce is reduced and the fish caramelized.
