Puzzolente ma buono/Stinky but yummy

Today I'll propose a dish inspired by the flavors of East Europe. It is a cold dish, quick and easy to prepare with few ingredients. The only downside is that it has a strong taste and smell, some people may not like it and even those who do should avoid eating it before social occasions.
The ingredients are three: smoked herrings, yogurt (greek is better) and onions (I used white ones).
To prepare the dish, you need to cut the herrings into small pieces snd the onion very thin, then yoj only have to add yogurt and mix everything . Yogurt is fantastic to dampen the herring taste which is really strong. You should let it rest a little to allow the flavours to spread trough the sauce.
This dish is also very good on bread (maybe black, which looks more rustic) and can be used as a starter.
