Il santuario del Gesù Bambino di Praga di Arenzano è molto famoso in Liguria. Vale la pena visitarlo soprattutto per il presepe in maiolica contenuto in una grotta sotto la chiesa.
L'autore è Eliseo Salino, un ceramista e scultore molto abile del secolo scorso.
Oltre al presepe vero e proprio, la grotta contiene varie scene della vita di Maria e Gesù. Le statue sono policrome e di varie dimensioni e si nota chiaramente il richiamo al paesaggio ligure. Io l'ho trovato molto bello (anche se l'illuminazione che cambia colore è un po'trash).
L'ingresso è a offerta libera.
The Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague of Arenzano is very famous in Liguria. It is worth visiting especially for the majolica nativity scene situated in a cave beneath the church.

There are polychrome statues are of various sizes and you can clearly see the reference to the Ligurian landscape. I found it beautiful (although the lighting that changes color is quite trash).
