Happy Hannukkà

Buon Hannukkà!!! Oggi comincia la festa delle luci, che durerà fino a capodanno, in sovrapposizione perfetta con il Natale, cosa che trovo molto carina. Infatti quest'anno ho già fatto i latkes, più precisamente la sera in cui ho montato e decorato il mio albero di Natale (nella foto sotto). Stavolta li ho provati con yogurt greco con erba cipollina, salmone e uova di salmone ed erano favolosi, spero di riuscire a farli di nuovo (se volete provarli anche voi qui trovate la mia ricetta).

Happy Hanukkah!!! The lights' holyday begins now and will last until the first day of the New Year, in perfect overlap with Christmas, which I find very nice. In fact this year I already made latkes, more precisely on the evening when I assembled and decorated my Christmas tree (in the picture below). This time I tried them with greek yogurt with chives, salmon and salmon eggs and they were fabulous, I hope to make them again (if you want to try them too here's my recipe).
