Una valanga di gonne (e un top)/A lot of skirts (and a top)

Sabato sono andata al mercato di via Valvassori Peroni (a Milano) per cercare una gonna e un top bianchi perché progetto di stamparmi il vestito per il matrimonio di una mia amica. Sono stata così fortunata da trovare ad una bancarella dell'usato una canottiera di cotone bianco e una gonna di Promod dello stesso materiale per un totale di 6€.

Saturday I went to Valvassori Peroni street market (Milan) to search for a white skirt and top as I'd like to print myself the outfit I'll wear to the wedding of a friend of mine. I was lucky enough to find a white cotton tank top and a Promod  skirt of the same material at a second hand stall for a total of 6€.

Visto che a fine mese andrò a Londra, avevo deciso di trattenermi e comprare solo quelle cose, in modo da risparmiare in vista dello shopping nella capitale inglese. Ma la situazione mi è sfuggita di mano perché quel giorno tutte le bancarelle avevano tantissimi capi scontatissimi di H&M, Promod e altre marche che mi piacciono. Così ho comprato una gonna blu con le tasche una deliziosa stampa a barchette di Promod a 5€ nonostante avesse la cerniera rotta (ha anche l'elastico, per cui suppongo cucirò la parte della cerniera e basta).

Since at the end of the month I will go to London, I decided to restrain myself and only buy those things, to save money to do some shopping in the UK capital. But the situation got out of hand because that day all the stalls had plenty of discounted clothing from H&M, Promod and other brands I like. So I bought a blue Promod skirt with pockets and a delicious boat print for 5€, despite its broken zipper (it also has an elastic, so I suppose I'll just sew the zipper closed).

Ad un'altra bancarella ho comprato due gonne da 4€ l'una della Dress Lab. Entrambe sono ampie e con l'elastico in vita come piace a me, hanno una tasca (le gonne con le tasche sono merce preziosa!). Una è a righe, che mi piacciono tanto e l'altra ha un geniale motivo a sushi! Come avrei potuto lasciarmela sfuggire?

At another stall I bought two Dress Lab skirts for 4€ each. Both are full and have an elastic waistband as I like, they have one pocket each (skirts with pockets are so practical!). One is striped, and I really love stripes, and the other has a super cool sushi print! How could I resist?
