Le mie vacanze in montagna/My mountain holyday

Here I am with the news of my vacation in the mountains. In fact, since I always go to ski on the slopes of Chiesa in Valmalenco staying in the same house, I decided not to tell you always the same things except sayng that I had fun, I skied a lot and ate even more (in fact tI put on some weight). I'll tell you only the two new things I did.

I finally went trekking around Palu lake. The lake was frozen and covered with snow, so there was not much to see except a series of beautiful huts.
The length of the walk can be decided through a couple of detours and at about half there is a refuge where you can take a break. The path around the lake is flat, but there is a little climb to get to the hut and to rejoin the main track. So it is a very nice walk for everyone, even if it is not a must.

As every year my Hairy Half and I went to eat sciatt and pizzoccheri to our beloved restaurant Il Vassallo, where you can eat well for cheap.
This time we went there twice and tried the risotto valtellinese, with bresaola, mushrooms and red wine, which was really delicious.
